Job Description

These systems are increasingly becoming a vital part of the driver/passenger experience with richer functionality with service and application integration like navigation, entertainment, and many use cases. Google provides Android open source for cars and the Lund team makes adoptions for underlying layers, extends and adds additional services/apps from 3rd parties. The coming Bosch vehicle computers combine the infotainment with the instrument cluster and other systems. These powerful computers run virtualized systems to ensure a secure, reliable platform software framework which is automotive graded.

  • Adopt underlying layers (HALs) for Android Automotive OS to run on Bosch hardware.
  • Bring up new releases from Google and SoC vendors.
  • Build prototypes and demonstrators for fares and acquisitions.
